HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT AND PACK ON MUSCLE AS A HARDGAINER
FROM THIS TO THIS
For most people trying to gain weight is not the problem. The majority of people out there are trying to lose weight and gain muscle. However if you are like me you were never concerned with losing weight, in fact you probably despise people when you here them talking about how they wish they could lose weight. When they look at you and say it must be nice to have such a fast metabolism, getting to eat whatever you want and never gain a pound. Wow I cant even explain to you how much I hated hearing that! All I ever wanted was to be able to gain weight. Imagining how nice it would be to just look a little bigger. What it would be like to actually have to try to get smaller.
If you are trying to gain weight and put on some serious muscle then you have come to the right place, because here I’m am going to tell you how to pack on muscle even if you are a hardgainer.
Gaining Muscle Does NOT Mean You Have To Work Out Constantly
Again if you are trying to get big and gain weight then you know working out like crazy is essential right? WRONG!This was probably one of my biggest mistakes. I was the skinny guy who was always working out because I just figured I was not working out hard or long enough. I figured the more I did the better my results would be. Wow was I ever wrong. It turns out that being a hardgainer I actually should have been working out less than I thought and resting more. You’re body builds muscle when you are resting… not when you work out. So by working out all the time I was actually hurting myself rather then helping.
If I Want To Get Big I Need To Take All Kinds Of Supplements
I Can’t even begin to tell you how much of my money I wasted buying a bunch of bogus supplements. I was always trying the biggest and best.. and sometimes the most expensive supplements out there because I thought they were essential to helping me gain weight. Once again I was wrong. Now don’t get me wrong there are a few supplements that have truly helped me, so not all of them are a waste of money.
Eating Anything Just To Get Food And Calories
Now as a hardgainer getting plenty of calories is extremely important! Because lets face it to gain weight you have to eat, and since you are a hardgainer you can eat anything you want. Well that’s not exactly true… I was under this impression for quite a long time because I figured that I just wanted to gain weight so I should eat anything and everything I saw. This was definitely not the right approach and it held me back from seeing my full potential. There are certain foods that are healthier for you while still providing you with the much needed high calories a hardgainer has to have. I used a program called The Muscle Maximizer. I have seen tons of books out there for dieting and trying to lose weight but they never have any for hardgainers who are trying to gain healthy weight. I eventually found this video talking about the nutrition side of building muscle, and the best part was that it was for hardgainers! The introdution video absolutly blew me away so I decided to get the program and loved everything that it taught me. It breaks it down to the individual so you know you are getting exactly what your body type needs. If you do not eat the right foods you probably will still gain weight but, you will gain more fat than you will muscle. Eating healthy and at the right times while working out is key to getting lean ripped muscle.
